BRACE provides a targeted approach to understanding and effectively engaging your core, modelled on the holistic approach to skill acquisition used by elite athletes. We will cover training methodologies, tools, and exercises you can apply in your day to day that will facilitate an increased capacity for movement.
If you are hitting plateaus in training, or hitting a wall as you move throughout your day, your core strength may be more of a bottleneck than you realise.
Our approach to core is so different that we only offer one stream. Regardless of if you are just starting out, or having been chasing front levers and planches for years, BRACE is for you.
